FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to sign a contract?

We don't have long-term contracts. You just have to agree to our Terms of Service. You can see Terms by clicking HERE.

Do I have to download anything?

Nope. GrowthEngine is cloud based. Nothing to ever download or update. We take care of everything.

What if I'm not "techy"?

No problem. The system is designed for easy use. Thousands of office staff and admins have become well acclimated to it very quickly. We also have tons of step by step instructional videos to help. We also have unlimited support from our staff 7 days a week.

Do I have to pay for additional hosting of websites or funnels?

Nope. All hosting and SSL certificates are included unlike with other companies.

Is everything secure?

You betcha! We use military grade encryption to keep all data secure. You just have to make sure your staff has good practice in privacy and security.

Do you guys update the software often?

Like crazy actually. We average 3-5 updates per month. You will be notified of changes. There is never a charge for updates.

If I cancel will I lose everything?

Web and funnel pages are non-transferrable. Your client/customer/lead data is easily downloaded into a csv file at any time you like and you can take with you.

Do you guys do "custom" builds if I need further help?

Yes. We do custom work in many areas. Please contact us as info@growthgenmedia.com to set up a time to chat.

Are there extra fees?

You will have to pay for your SMS texts or calls. On average a text costs about .001 to send or receive so unless you're sending hundreds per day, it's very nominal and totally worth it. It's a "pay as you go" model. Please see our TERMS for further details.

Can I really eliminate all my other business software?

Pretty much yes. We have designed GrowthEngine to do the job of many softwares. You'll see as you try it out.
